Rising real interest rates will become more decisive for nominal long-term interest rates

Long-term nominal interest rates are significantly below the nominal growth expectations, while real rates are negative. From a fundamental perspective, there is more upside potential for long-term rates. This time predominantly fuelled by rising real rates as some developments point to more downside pressure on inflation expectations.
