Sweet or sour taste of oil?

In the oil business, the terms sweet and sour are a reference to the sulfur content of crude. In the early days, traders would taste oil to determine its quality, with low sulfur oil actually tasting sweet. Lately, crude has tasted very bitter for consumers as prices have reached the highest levels since 2014. Will these price rises continue?
